CHAPTER- 14❣️

Naina's P.O.V

They all were looking at me with concerned eyes. Ma came forward and hugged me.

"I'm so sorry " she said and caressed my face.

"How are you doing beta?" Mom asked me. I nodded my head and gave her a small smile.

"We're glad you're okay bhabhi" vidhi smiled and abhi matched her.

The doctor walked in with a paper in his hand.

"I would like to perform a quick test on her to see if she's doing okay" he said. Adi nodded and moved back.

He checked my cranial nerves and did a full body exam. He prescribed some medicines for the bruises. All this while adi was looking at me with so much concern. He wasn't even blinking. His eyes were on the doctors every movement.

I gave him a small smile.

"She's weak so I request you to focus on her diet and not let her take any stress" he said.

Dad nodded and took him out. Everyone came to sit around me and kept consoling me. I was feeling different. I've never felt this type of care and love and it was a little hard to digest it all.

Even ma was getting the treatment she deserves today. She was treated nicely and politely and wasn't made to feel like a maid who runs on orders.

"Get well soon, we have to trouble adi a lot. Mai Akele nhi kar Paungi" vaishnavi said and nudged me with her shoulder.

"Yeah and who's gonna be my companion while I trouble abhi and bhai" vidhi said wiggling her eyebrows mischievously.

I let out a small chuckle.

"Chalo now it's enough, let her rest. We'll talk tomorrow" mom said.

"Yes naina let's go" ma said getting up. Adi stood up in an instant.

"Go where?" He asked. Before ma could say anything he spoke again.

"You both are not going anywhere, especially not after what happened. You are staying here" he said in a stern tone.

He just met ma and he's already doing so much for us. I saw how he was treating her. Like she was his grandmother. His family was staring at him Proudly

"Adi is right, you should stay here with naina. She needs you" dad said walking in.

"Par ham kaise yaha-" ma was cut off by adi again. (But how can we stay here?)

"Kaise nahi, you will stay here tonight." Adi said

"Par beta Kal haldi hai aur shaadi se phele tum dono el dusre ko ek din tak nahi dekh sakte" ma said. (But beta tomorrow is the haldi and you both are not supposed to see each other for the entire day)

"Nirmala jii, ham haldi Kal tabhi rakahenge if naina feel better. Nahi toh ek din aage kr denge" mom said coming and sitting by my side. (Nirmala jii well only have the ritual when naina feels okay, or else we'll postpone it)

Ma was looking at them with a small smile and she nodded her head.

"Bhai ke kamre pe Taala lagana padega aaj, pata chale raat ko bhabhi ko miss krne ke chakkar mai aa gye" arush said smirking.

All laughed and adi hit him on his head while I sat there with red cheeks.

"You both can stay here and if you need anything let me know" adi said.

"Arey bhai koi nhi uske liye mai Hoon na aap aaram se sona first floor pe" Shreya said teasingly. All laughed again and adi glared at her.

How everything changed so fast. But I felt okay now. This is what I wanted.

Aditya's P.O.V

Naina was doing okay now but I wasn't. Seeing her in that condition made so damn angry I just wanted to kill that samar.

I called up one of bestest friends from college.

"Hey Sohail" I said in a tired voice.

"Oh my god, the Aditya shekhawat is calling me. Dude do you even remember me or by mistake you called me?"

Before I could say anything be cut me again.

"But that would require you to call me atleast once or search my name to call me" I huffed.

"If you're done with the greeting, I Need some help from you"

"Yeah sure"

"I need you to dig up some Info on someone. It's kinda important" I said rubbing face hoping he would say yes.

"Yeah sure send me his profile. Wait but dude if you don't mind me asking and not that I mind but why didn't you just call your bodyguard or someone to do this job"

Yeah why didn't I? I don't know but at that time that was not important.

"Because this is something I don't want my bodyguards or anyone to know about dude! I trust you that's why". True I trust him more than anyone. But also because this man is my budddy!

He's one of the best hackers. So damn skilled. It made me remember our college days. How he would hack into the teachers system and leak the school documents or answer keys. And I used to help him do so.

"Oh well okay then. I'll find out about him and let you know" he said

"Yeah okay thanks" I said. "Oh and Sohail it's my wedding soon so I want you to come" I said and as soon as I did I heard him yelling.

"What the fuck-" I cut the call and didn't let him complete cause I knew what was gonna come next. A lot of beautiful words.

I turned around and was walking in when I saw priyansha talking to someone. As soon as she saw me she cut the call. She wasn't even inside when the scene happened.

She came to me.

"Hii, um can you let naina know that I'm not feeling well so I'm leaving early." She said and looked away.

What the helll? Naina just went through something shityy and she's leaving. I raised my eyebrows at her and blinked my eyes.

Okay what?

"Um okay but you what naina just want through right?" I asked her kind of shocked.

She looked at me confusingly. "What?"

My eyes widened and I was staring at her.

"Do you not know? What kind of a friend are you? She was molested by your senior samar" I said the last part in anger.

Now her eyes widened and she looked at me with her mouth open.

"What the- but how I was" she was trying to form a sentence but wasn't able to.

"You can go home if you still want to" I said hardly. She looked at me and shook her head.

"I'm so sorry, shit. I was-" she stopped saying and looked at me and kept a hand on her forehead.

"When did it happen?" She asked.

"I don't know all I know is that when I came back inside from my call I saw what happened"

She shut her eyes.

"Shit, naina was going to the washroom she told me and went and I came out as I wasn't feeling too well." All this while she was looking here and there and biting her lips.

Suddenly she ran back in the house where everyone was. I kept looking at her suspiciously.

She did not know? How's that possible. Something's definitely not okay.

Alisha's P.O.V

Plan worked. Great samar, just great. Just how I want it. To see that bitch suffer. And now I feel good.

I took out my phone and hit the transaction button for the payment to the unknown number.

Very soon adi you'll be mine. I'll make sure of it. I won't let her snatch what's mine anymore. You'll forget about her and we'll be together.

No one even knows what happened. Adi is already suspicious of us and I'm just using that for my plan.

The way we act and behave around that whore. It makes him think why we doing so?

But poor boy doesn't know the truth and I won't let him know either.

She'll see hell now. I'll make sure of it.
